Save mark ups and shapes to Projects
Here’s what's new in Landchecker in July 2025
Save markups and shapes to Projects
Customers using the Drawing Tools can now save shapes to a Project. Once inside a Project on the map you can see a tab for properties as well as shapes, click the shapes tab to edit, add or remove shapes within the project. Find out how here.
Remove all from cart
Customers adding multiple products to their cart can now easily remove them all at once with the new REMOVE ALL button.
Search multiple properties at the same time via Standard Searches
Using a comma to separate property identifiers customers can now order multiple items at the same time via the standard searches tab on the document searches page.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker in June 2025
Save shapes to the cloud
Previously when using the Drawing Tools, shapes were saved to your local device. Landchecker now automatically saves these shapes to the cloud so that when you change devices you can still access your previous work.
Empty states
If you are unsure about how to begin with a new feature we have now added prompts to get you started.
Stroke weight
Customers using Drawing Tools can now edit the weight of the stroke on any shape or line.
Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) Data
The Australian Noise Exposure Forecast (ANEF) system measures aircraft noise exposure levels around airports and aerodromes. Paid plan members can access ANEF aircraft noise on the Landchecker platform via Planning Layers on the left-hand side menu. Find out more here

Ability to change the property boundary colour
You asked and we listened, customers can now change their selected properties’ boundary colour. This is available for both high resolution aerial imagery and base maps
Improvements to Standard Search in Victoria:
Property identifiers are now verified before documents are added to the cart, this will reduce the amount or orders returning in error due to a typo or incorrect formatting.

Release notes - new ways to order Vic property documents
Here’s what's new in Landchecker Mid May 2025
New document search process for properties with multiple lots in Vic
Customers purchasing Victorian documents can now complete a volume folio lookup at the beginning of their search to see what volume folios are released to the property.
This helps solve issues where there are multiple lots on a single property.
Premium Report limit now enforced on Standard Plans
Landchecker are now enforcing Premium Report limits for Standard users. When selecting the VIEW REPORT button Standard Plan customers will be directed to free report and will need to select the premium report.
Multiple Lots
Customers can now view all lot plan numbers on properties with multiple lots in the LOT/PLAN section on the PROPERTY DETAILS in the right hand side panel.
Improvements to Documents TAB on the right hand side panel
As we add more property documents to our product suite the need for a more interactive streamlined interface was required. Customers purchasing documents in the on map experience can now toggle sections within this area to find the documents they need quicker.

Projects and labels improvements
As part of ongoing improvements to Projects functionality we have added an option to view labels on the map by colouring in the parcel as well as toggling on/off the text label.
Save customer branding settings to Premium Property Report
Customers on Advanced Plans can now save their brand settings on the premium report cover. Find out more here.
ICEYE flood report
As mentioned previously Landchecker has recently partnered with ICEYE to offer our customer near real-time flood data. This data is now available via a PDF report that outlines the property and surrounds as well as the minimum, maximum and average flood depth.
One Time Passcode
As part of our enhanced security measures, we have added OTP to change password and disable 2FA. Customers who sign up with SSO can now access this functionality.
SAML Authentication
Enterprise customers that set up SAML SSO and enforce how their team signs up to Landchecker. To find out more check out our help article here.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker Early May 2025
More New South Wales documents
Customers requiring NSW documents can now access more products including the 88B and more on the map experience in the right hand side panel. We have also added the ability to order CRR (Central Register of Restriction) on the map experience and the Document Search page via the TITLE SEARCH and STANDARD SEARCH tabs.
Owners Name in Victoria
As previously mentioned Landchecker is now a Sales Data Broker in Victoria. This brokerage gives us access to Owners Name for Real Estate Agents, Valuers and Government Agents on Paid Plans for an extra cost. Reach out to our friendly sales team for access.

Release notes - new housing and flood data
Here’s what's new in Landchecker Late March 2025
Low and Mid-Rise (LMR) Housing Data
New South Wales customers can now access the LMR data in the Landchecker platform.
The LMR Housing Policy is designed to streamline planning controls to encourage the construction of low to mid-rise residential buildings to increase the availability of affordable housing. This policy specifically targets residential areas within an 800-metre walking distance of 171 town centres and train stations across metropolitan Sydney, as well as the Central Coast, Illawarra-Shoalhaven, and Hunter regions.
ICEYE flood data
Landchecker has recently partnered with ICEYE to offer our customer near real-time flood data. ICEYE uses synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites to capture detailed flood data regardless of weather conditions or time of day. Unlike traditional flood mapping methods, which can take days or weeks, ICEYE delivers rapid insights. This ensures critical information reaches stakeholders when they need it most.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker Early April 2025
Document file name convention
Customers purchasing documents can now choose the document name convention of the downloaded documents. Admin can access the preferences here and updated for the organisation.
Show/hide labels on the map
Using labels? You can now choose how you see them on the map by turning off/off the text label. This new option helps customers visualise their data on the map.
Total land size in projects
Total land size of all properties within a Project is now available in the Projects dashboard below the land size column.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker for February 2025
Labels are now available in Projects
Customers on Advanced plans using Projects can now add labels to properties within their Projects. Create different categories such as 'For Sale, Under Contract, Sold' and assign individual colours to each to easily visualise on the map. Read how in our help centre article.
Filter Project properties
The ability to filter properties within your Project has now been added to your Projects Dashboard. Here you can filter by address, land size or zone. For example if you would like to filter by suburb select ADDRESS then CONTAINS then add your suburb and the filtered results will appear. Read how in our help centre article.
