Filter using labels in Projects

Advanced and Enterprise customers can now filter Projects in the Project Dashboard by labels.

Address Improvements

Properties with multiple addresses can now be searched using all addresses. View all known addresses on the property on the right hand side panel.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker late November 2025

Hover lots on multi lot properties

All customers can now identify the correct individual lot and plan number linked to the address on multi lot properties by hovering the lots in the right hand side panel to see the associated area on the map.

Add notes and show hide dimensions on consolidated sites

You asked and we listened, Advanced and Enterprise customers can now toggle on/off the dimensions on consolidated sites.

Action Bar on for editing shapes on the map

Need to quickly identify and edit a shape on the map. We have added an action bar to complete these tasks in context to the area you are working on.

Search by owner’s name for properties in New South Wales

Need to find what properties in NSW an individual or company owns? Simply head over to the title search page and select search by individual or organisation and follow the steps to complete the search.

Advanced and Enterprise customers can now upload their own images to customise the premium report covers. Simply click the edit icon in the over Template section and head over to the MY COVER IMAGES tab and follow the prompts to upload your image. Find out more via our product help.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker late October 2025

New look hazards

We've added clear source labelling for all flood, bushfire and landslide hazard data across the platform.

Whether it's state-level mapping or council-specific overlays, you'll see exactly where your hazard information is coming from.

Here's what we've added:

• On the map – Choose between state, council, or ICEYE flood layers, clearly labelled so you know what you're viewing
• In the info panel – See the source authority, status, and when it was last updated.
• In your reports – All flood data and sources automatically included in premium property reports, ready to share with clients

Victorian Draft Activity Centres

The Victorian government is proposing 60 activity centres around existing transport infrastructure. Phase 1 and Phase 2 are mapped on our platform, providing you with instant access to where the Victorian government plans to concentrate housing and development across Melbourne.

What this means for property professionals like you:

• Identify development opportunities before they become obvious
• Complete due diligence faster with all the draft maps in one place
• Overlay draft activity centres with existing planning zones (HCTZ, BFO)

Improvements to Projects

The Projects Dashboard has had an upgrade to align functionality to Projects on the map including:

• New look notes and documents - click to view the inside panel.
• Tools and site consolidation sections now available in Projects Dashboard

Improvements to Victorian Documents Search

Victorian customers interested in crown searches now have the ability to search using free-text for the crown descriptions.

Improvements to the Toolbar

The new Toolbar has been optimised for small screens. Customers accessing Landchecker on screens smaller than 1366x768 will no longer experience the Intercom icon overlapping the toolbar.

Improvements to Site Consolidation

Advanced customers now have the ability to change the fill and stroke colour on consolidated sites. Read more here

Custom Domain

Enterprise customers on Landchecker can use a custom domain and add their organisation’s logo to the custom domain.

By default, Landchecker is hosted at app.landchecker.com.au. With a custom domain, the ‘app’ portion can be replaced with your preferred word or subdomain. For example:

• property.landchecker.com.au
• maps.landchecker.com.au
• yourbrand.landchecker.com.au

Show Property PIN as Mouse Move

Need to see where a property is situated on the map? Now customers can hover the property list on the RHS and see where hovered property is on the parcel.

Property Boundary to Shape

Need to convert your property boundary to a shape? As part of an ongoing process to improve the Drawing Tools this is now possible. Advanced and Enterprise customers can select the property you want to convert then click the convert to shape icon in the tools bar and confirm CONVERT TO SHAPE.

Site Consolidation Improvements

Advanced and Enterprise customers now have the ability to:

• Delete and rename Consolidated Sites that are saved to a Project
• See the property dimension of the Consolidated Sites

Easements

As part of an ongoing process to improve the data in Landchecker we have increased our easement dataset from 2 million to 13 million datapoints. Advanced customers can now see the type of easement such as water, sewer, gas etc. as well as the source authority. Find out more via our article here.

Consolidated Site Report

Need a snapshot of your consolidated site? Advanced customers can now generate a Consolidated Site Report that includes sales history, consolidated size and dimensions, zones, overlays, easements and topography. Find out more here.

Easily access your document orders via email

Customers ordering documents with their delivery preference set to receive an email will now see a link to access the document in the order manager where you can view or download the document.

Save Site Consolidation to Projects

Need to access previous consolidated sites? Customers on Advanced plans using Site Consolidation can now save consolidated sites to Projects so they can revisit them at a later date and share to collaborate with other team members.

Search by coordinates format degree, minute, second

Want to search for properties quicker? Customers can now paste coordinates formatted in degrees, minutes, seconds into the address search bar and press return to search properties on the map.

Sign up using Google SSO

Experience streamlined onboarding, enhanced security, improved privacy, and universal availability with Google SSO. New users can now sign up quicker, current customers can connect their Google account for a streamlined, secure sign up and Enterprise customers can onboard their team with more options.

Here’s what's new in Landchecker in Late July 2025

ASIC Documents

Customers ordering company extracts can now search the ASIC register for ASIC documents. The new documents search functionality provides you with basic details of documents that have been lodged with ASIC on behalf of the company you are searching for and allows you to purchase copies of them.

You can search for documents by the organisation name or number, person name or document number.

System Status Page

Landchecker now has a dedicated systems status page to inform you of any upcoming scheduled maintenance or service interruptions from our partners.
