Landchecker customers with invoicing terms or a primary credit card added to their account can now bypass the checkout and purchase documents with one click.

‍Following recommendations received in a recent pen testing report the team have updated some security protocols involving passwords and account set up.

Here’s what’s new in Landchecker late December 2023

• New Qld zones added to the Landchecker experience including:
  • Toowoomba
  • Bundaberg
• Right hand side design update

‍The following data has been removed from the right hand side property panel and all property reports:

• Floor Area
• Roof Material
• Wall Material
• Year built

These data attributes from CoreLogic were consistently unavailable. As such Landchecker has made the decision to remove this data from the platform whilst we review and consider additional improvements and access to a more complete dataset. Please reach out to support@landchecker.com.au to give feedback on what you would like to see in Landchecker.

• UX Improvements to the plans page

‍Customers with a plan now see the amount of seats they are paying for when viewing this page and add or remove seats to quickly see the new quoted price and easily upgrade from here.

• ACT in reports

‍Premium property reports are now available for all ACT properties.

• Qld Bushfire

‍Bushfire prone area is now available in Landchecker for the Qld Municipalities of:

• Brisbane City Council
• Logan
• Moreton Bay
• Redlands

Here’s what’s new in Landchecker in December 2023

• Australian Capital Territory
  ‍We are pleased to announce that Landchecker customers can now access property data for the ACT including searching addresses, zones, overlays, bushfire prone areas, permits and high resolution aerial imagery. This data is available on the map as well as in the property reports.

• Section 151 Owners Corporation Certificate - Owners corporation certificates have now been added to the suite of products Landchecker offers in Victoria. You can search these documents via the document search tab.‍

Here’s what’s new in Landchecker early November 2023

• Bearings & Property Dimension unit toggle‍

Landchecker now shows bearings alongside property dimensions. Head over to the common layers and switch on property dimensions you will see you can now toggle on/off bearings and dimension units from metres to feet.

• NSW Bushfire

‍Bushfire prone area is now available in Landchecker. Head over to the left hand side layers panel and open the due diligence layer you will find here you can turn on/off NSW bushfire on the map. It's also available on the right hand side property information panel when selecting a property and in the Premium Property Reports.

• Vic property certificates bug fixes.

Here’s what’s new in October 2023

• Add a security number or order number of previous title and plan purchases when ordering certificates so that you do not have to purchase the title and plan again.
• New certificates added this month include:
  • Heritage Certificate (Sec 58) - Heritage Victoria
  • National Trust Certificate - National Trust of Australia (Victoria)
  • Extract of Priority Sites Register - Environment Protection Authority
• Order manager date search is now inclusive of date selected.
• Status has been added to order manager export so to make it easier to reconcile orders by removing failed orders from the exported csv.

Here’s what’s new this Release

New plans to replace our Professional and Professional Plus plans offering enhanced features and increased flexibility. The new plans are as follows:

1. Standard Plan: A balanced plan for individuals or growing businesses, offering introductory access to our main features, extensive national coverage, plus unlimited high resolutions aerial imagery.
2. Advanced Plan: Designed for larger to established businesses, this plan includes unlimited access to all our features, including property reports, priority support, and of course, high-resolution aerial imagery.
3. Enterprise Plan: Tailored solutions for large corporations, providing custom features, dedicated support, and scalable resources.

Standard and Advanced plans now come inclusive of High Resolution Aerial Imagery with historical and up to date imagery included for.

Customers can now upgrade from our legacy plans to the new Standard or Advanced via their business account settings. To find out more head over to our articles page here.

Here’s what’s new this Winter Release 2023

1. National coverage of Permit and Development Application status to better understand precedents for development or other property activity; and
2. Expanding our coverage and continuing to improve flood-prone regions with local and state government data. Whether you are a prospective homeowner, buyer or seller in a flood-prone region or an insurer or property professional seeking accurate, transparent flood risk information – the best way to do so is a digitised check of flood zone data via address.We’re also working directly with the government as an information broker to provide you with simple and secure access to property documents. You can already purchase documents such as Titles and Copy of Plans, we have since expanded the types of subsequent documents you may also require while conducting due diligence:
3. Victorian Property Certificates, such as Water Information and Land Tax Certificates; and
4. NSW documents, such as CT and Document Inquiries.These documents are used by property professionals and are now also easily accessible to buyers and sellers to purchase directly.Reminder that we offer document searches with- Invoice terms- No lock in contracts- Discounted rates- Easy and simple to use platformLastly, we are creating customised access to our data solutions.
5. We’ve developed the infrastructure for customers to access fully customisable data solutions, for example, address and cadastre data, that can be ingested through APIs, shape files, WMTS/WMS, periodic reports, or specialized analytics.

New property report interface with customisation front and center.

Customers on all plans can now see our new interface when accessing the property reports. Customers on Professional & Professional Plus plans gain new functionality providing the ability to  customize and create custom reports specific to their needs.

Corelogic data has also been added to the customisation list so if the property attributes data is not current you can now remove it from the report.

These updates are the first release in a number of custom report functionality releases to come so watch this space.

These changes are putting the customization functionality front and center so that the reports are more useful to you, your customer and overall your business.

New look Premium and Free PDF Reports

You can now see in Landchecker the new designs for the Premium and Free property reports. We updated the layout to convey a cleaner, more modern design with larger and better quality images of the subject property in context to the planning controls. We also enlarged the area for white labelling so that different size and shaped logos can be displayed clearly.

This update also includes a change to the content of the reports, previously if the subject property did not intersect a specific dataset we did not show that dataset in the report. This new update we show all datasets available and specify if the subject property is or is not within the bounds of that dataset.
